We are seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale operations across a multi-site organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will serve as the operational leader responsible for translating strategy into execution, building scalable infrastructure, and driving consistent performance across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven builder who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. The COO will develop the systems, processes, reporting structures, and performance frameworks needed to support continued growth while ensuring operational excellence across locations and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site platform
• Build scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure to support growth
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and results
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Operations
• Lead expansion initiatives, including new site launches and growth planning
• Develop leaders and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and execution

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior operations, general management, or executive leadership experience
• Proven success scaling multi-site organizations, ideally within healthcare or other service-based industries
• Strong experience building operational infrastructure and leading through growth and change
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Track record of developing leaders and driving organizational performance

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $275,000 – $325,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered at the time of hire. This position is eligible for additional compensation, including bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other applicable benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.
