An organization experiencing continued growth is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leadership while supporting operational excellence and scalability across the business. This role partners closely with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with organizational goals, culture, and performance objectives. The Senior HR Business Partner will oversee day-to-day HR operations through one direct report and play a key role in workforce planning, organizational development, talent acquisition oversight, employee relations, and change management initiatives.
Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning, overseeing full-cycle talent acquisition strategies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring consistent execution of onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding activities. The role will also drive continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems, manage employee relations matters, provide coaching to managers, and support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives. Additionally, the Senior HR Business Partner will analyze HR metrics and trends, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and lead or support initiatives related to organizational growth and change.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 6 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning is required, while prior leadership experience and experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or operationally focused environments are preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
