This position is with an esteemed private practice comprised of 30+ Pathologists that have been supporting major medical centers and cancer institutes across North Carolina and South Carolina for over 50 years.
The role offers the opportunity to work within a large academic medical center setting with a high volume of high-complexity cases. The position focuses on general anatomic and clinical pathology sign-out across a broad range of cases, including head and neck, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and gynecologic specimens. Daily work includes managing a steady and diverse case load, typically ranging from 30–50 cases per day depending on case mix.
Candidates must be AP/CP board-certified and either licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina and North Carolina. Both experienced Pathologists and current fellows qualify.
