This role leads all financial operations for a growing organization, with responsibility across finance, accounting, business analytics, and supply chain support. The Chief Financial Officer partners closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board to drive financial strategy, improve operational performance, and support long-term growth. The role oversees key functions including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management, internal controls, audit, tax, and risk management. It also plays a central role in supporting M&A activity, guiding integration efforts, and strengthening overall financial discipline across the business.


The position is highly hands-on, with responsibility for building and improving financial processes, reporting systems, and performance metrics. This includes developing reliable forecasting models, strengthening reporting accuracy, driving accountability across departments, and providing data-driven insight to inform business decisions. The CFO will work closely with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities to improve margins, streamline operations, and support commercial strategy through pricing and profitability analysis. Additional responsibilities include managing banking and investor relationships, overseeing audits, and ensuring systems and controls are in place to support growth and compliance.


Candidates should bring significant leadership experience in finance, with a strong background in accounting, financial planning, and operations. Experience leading or supporting acquisitions, working with investors or lenders, and building scalable financial processes is important. An MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience is preferred, along with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. The role requires a hands-on leader who can operate at both a strategic and operational level in a fast-paced environment.


The anticipated base salary range for this position is $300,000 - $350,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and overall scope of the role. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonus and equity.
