This role leads a global specialty laboratory services business, with full responsibility for strategy, operations, and commercial performance. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the President will set direction and drive execution across a broad portfolio of laboratory services, including genomics, proteomics, biomarker testing, and clinical flow cytometry.
The position oversees end-to-end operations, ensuring strong performance across quality, regulatory compliance, turnaround time, and client delivery while supporting continued growth and market expansion. This includes leading cross-functional teams, aligning priorities across commercial, operations, and scientific groups, and strengthening processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the organization.
The President is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding service offerings in line with market demand. The role includes ownership of full P&L performance, budgeting, and forecasting, along with developing and executing go-to-market strategies that increase client acquisition and retention. This leader will also play a key role in shaping long-term business strategy, working closely with executive leadership, and serving as a visible, client-facing partner across biopharma, academic, and clinical organizations. Candidates should have significant experience leading complex laboratory or life sciences businesses, with a strong background in regulated environments and a proven ability to scale operations while driving commercial success.
