Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the Head of Global Business Development will develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy, build a strong sales pipeline, and lead complex deal cycles from early engagement through contracting and close. The position focuses on clearly articulating the value of advanced data and analytics solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech partners, helping de-risk drug development, accelerate timelines, and improve clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise-level negotiations, developing proposals in partnership with clinical and executive leadership, and managing key account relationships at the sponsor level. The role also drives performance tracking through defined KPIs, oversees forecasting and pipeline management, and supports expansion into new therapeutic areas and markets. A key part of the role is building and mentoring a high-performing global BD team, while partnering cross-functionally with clinical development, data science, and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
Candidates should bring significant experience in business development within clinical research, digital health, or pharmaceutical services environments, with a strong track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar contracts. Experience building and scaling sales organizations, leading global partnerships, and working across clinical development stages is essential. The role requires strong commercial judgment, the ability to translate scientific value into business outcomes, and comfort working across executive, clinical, and technical stakeholders. Prior exposure to neuroscience, biomarkers, or digital endpoints is helpful but not required.
