We are currently partnering with a private equity-backed laboratory services company, headquartered in North Carolina, to identify a Chief Growth Officer. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive leadership team, the CGO will lead the company’s commercial organization, including growth strategy, sales and business development, marketing, revenue operations, strategic accounts, and partnerships.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on commercial executive who has built and scaled a commercial organization in a complex B2B services business. The CGO will sharpen the growth strategy, strengthen and develop a team of about 25, improve customer retention and account expansion, build proactive business development on top of strong inbound demand, and put in place the operating discipline needed to drive sustained, profitable growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, the Board, and the company’s investors, and will be the company’s face across the healthcare and laboratory industry.
