Chief Financial Officer

A growing organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial operations and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, auditing, and financial reporting. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to drive business growth, operational excellence, and informed decision-making across the organization. The CFO will also play a critical role in managing banking and lender relationships, supporting acquisitions and integration activities, strengthening internal controls, and building scalable financial processes and infrastructure.


The successful candidate will have 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience and deep knowledge of GAAP, corporate finance, financial regulations, and financial systems. Experience leading M&A activities, financial strategy development, organizational scaling, and cross-functional business initiatives is required. This role calls for a proven leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution, build and develop high-performing teams, and effectively communicate financial information to executive stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required. CPA credentials, experience within healthcare, medical device, logistics, or technology-enabled services industries, and prior experience in a private equity-backed environment are preferred.
