Seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to provide strategic and operational leadership for a behavioral health service line that includes a 26-bed adult inpatient behavioral health unit, a 12-bed EmPATH (Emergency Psychiatric Assessment, Treatment & Healing) unit, and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee approximately 30 FTEs and partner closely with Psychiatry, Emergency Department leadership, nursing leadership, behavioral health managers and supervisors, executive leadership, and community behavioral health partners. Responsibilities include service line planning, operational and budget management, staffing oversight, policy development and implementation, regulatory compliance, and direction of clinical programs.

Qualified candidates will possess a master's degree or current enrollment in a master's degree program and 5 to 7 years of healthcare operations management experience within a health system.
