This role is responsible for leading the growth and market adoption of a next-generation oncology-focused EMR platform. The Chief Executive Officer will set the overall direction, build and lead the executive team, and work across product, engineering, commercial, and operations to bring a differentiated solution to market. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of healthcare and technology, with a focus on turning strategy into execution: driving product development, go-to-market efforts, and customer adoption while ensuring the platform delivers real value to clinicians and patients. The CEO will partner closely with investors, customers, and internal teams to scale the business, expand market presence, and establish the structure, processes, and partnerships needed to support long-term growth and performance.
The ideal candidate has proven executive leadership experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or EMR/EHR organizations, with a strong understanding of how care is delivered, oncology experience is a plus. They have scaled a company, product, or business unit and have brought SaaS-based healthcare solutions to market. They understand interoperability, compliance, and data privacy, and are familiar with clinical workflows from intake through discharge. This person is comfortable selling complex solutions to executives and clinical leaders, working with investors, and partnering across health systems, payers, and other stakeholders. They know how to build strong teams, put structure in place, and drive execution, while also understanding the software development lifecycle and making practical product decisions based on business and clinical needs. A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related healthcare field is required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $450,000 to $500,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and overall scope of the role. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonus and equity.
